2006 Pixel Chix by Mattel. These were combinable electronic toys similar to Tamagotchi. You basically take care of the person inside the house and play mini-games. If you connected another device they’d hangout with each other and go into each others house. You flip the screen down to enter the bottom or top floor. Requires 4xAAAs.
