Shipping Information: Where do you ship? We ship to Canada and the US.
How much is shipping? Shipping is included in the price of the online item, so what you see is what you pay for. Taxes will be added at the end of your purchase depending on what province you are from.
.How important to Cherry Bomb Toys is the packaging of my parcel? Very important! All items are packaged with supreme care. Collectibles can sometimes be fragile and we know the importance of condition.
How do you ship the items? Packages are shipped Expedited parcel by Canada Post .
How fast will my package be shipped? Your parcel will be shipped out within 2-5 days of receiving payment. Usually we will try and ship it out promptly. Sometimes weather conditions, weekends or holidays can add to the time frame. You will be contacted by email when the parcel is shipped with a tracking number and confirmation that your item has been shipped. Cherry Bomb Toys is not responsible to delays with the postal company. We would love to get your parcel there as fast as possible but we do not work for Canada Post.
My item came damaged? What do I do? Every piece is fully inspected before being carefully packed and will be shipped to you in the exact condition of the pictures and description of the item. Insurance will be included in the shipping price. Cherry Bomb Toys is not responsible for damages that happen from the postal company. Please contact the postal company with how to proceed with a claim.
Do you accept refunds? Sorry, all sales are final on collectible items. Most of our online items are one of a kind pieces and also for sale in our retail store. If by the odd chance the item sells in the store at the exact same time that it sells online, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued. We do everything in our power to be prompt and speedy with our updates.
Can I come and pick up a website item from your store location? Yes we can do local pickup. We would be happy to hold your purchase at our retail location after payment has been received. Please email when you will be picking up the item and be sure to include your name and contact information. You can also come to the store and buy it there as well. We are unable to hold a website item at the store without full payment. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt to pick up your item.
Are taxes charged on my item? Yes. All BC residents will be charged 7% PST and 5% GST on all items. Any other provinces in Canada will be charged 5% GST on all items.
What payment do you accept with your shopping cart? You can pay by VISA , Mastercard or INTERAC online.

Where does Cherry Bomb Toys purchase it's items? We purchase our items from local collections. Our inventory is constantly changing and we are always looking to buy interesting items.
I have this old toy. What is it worth? We get this question quite frequently. Due to many conditions that can add or subtract to the value of a piece, we can not put a price on an item unless we are viewing the item in person. It is hard to tell from someones description or a photo.
I have a collection or items to sell. What do I do? You can bring them down to our store for us to check out. Just give us a call first if you have a larger collection. For very large local collections we can possibly arrange a time to come and view it. We are only able to come and see collections in the Victoria and surrounding areas. Do you use any reproduction parts? No. We only use original pieces to rebuild an original toy only if needed. Any changes to an item will be noted in the description of the item for sale.
Can I see more pictures of an item you have for sale? Yes. We would be more than happy to send more pictures of an item if you need them. Please email or phone us with your contact information and any extra questions or comments you might have. We will do our best to send you a prompt reply.
